RETURNS / REFUNDS

At TRYCARPARTS we hope that you are happy with your purchases , however we know that sometimes you will need to return or cancel an item.

   Before returning any new car parts please read our terms and conditions.

         Republic of Ireland & Northern Ireland

       1.     FOR RETURN TO BE ACCEPTED
    • Any products must be in a saleable condition include the original packing and documentation.
    • Unused with no signs of having been fitted.
    • If we receive goods that have been  used we will be unable to provide a refund.

        2.   NON RETURNABLE ITEMS

            Special order means any goods that are not held in stock by us ( a non-stock item ) and are therefore ordered and / or manufactured specifically as per your request.
 
            Please note the following items will not be accepted for return.
    • Damaged packaging and opened blister packs.
    • Special Orders.
    • Correctly supplied vehicle electronic components ( Sensors, EGR Valves, Mass Airflow Meters, Ignition Coils, Fuel Pumps Etc )
    • Timing Belts.

          It is imperative that the Goods we supply are new and unused.Electronic components when misdiagnosed can easily be damaged and therefore we cannot accept their return. Similarly, open Timing Belts cannot be verified as unused, therefore we cannot accept them back once the package is opened.

        3. PIC UP PARCEL / RETURN ITEM TO TRYCARPARTS

    • Contact TRYCARPARTS By Email ( Within 14 working days from delivery of the item  purchased ) 
    • To request pick up of the parcel / Email the customer service department at /  info@trycarparts.com

        4. REFUNDS
    • All returns must be received within 14 working days for refund.
    • We will process the refund due to, you as soon as we receive the goods.
    • We normally refund any money received from you. Using the same method used by you to pay for your purchase.


      5.   EUROPE & INTERNATIONAL  RETURNS & REFUNDS

    • The customer is responsible for all postage cost for goods returned within 30 working days under our returns. Unless this has been specifically agreed and confirm in advance with the customer service department.
    • TRYCARPARTS will not accept responsibility for loss or damige of goods during in transit.
